We are glad that you continue to chose TASD and especially Fairview as your HOME! Fairview is a unique school in that it is truly a neighborhood school, nestled on the corner of 17th Street & Garland Avenue.
Our goal, as a team is to make you and your family feel like you are at home when you walk through our doors. Anyone who walks through our doors will be greeted with warm smiles, and maybe a "Who Dat" from Ms. Dorsa. We strive to build relationships with not only our students, but families as well because we realize that it truly takes a village. In her book, Hillary Clinton said, "The simple message of It Takes a Village is as relevant as ever: We are all in this together.
Our faculty and staff have a laser focus on a quality learning experiences for all students through excellent teaching. Our desire is for 100% of our students to be on or above grade level in reading and math. We cannot do that without a partnership with parents and the community. We invite you to be involved in your student's education. As you know, the first step is to be sure your child is at school every day that they are well. At Fairview, we believe ALL students can learn at HIGH LEVELS.
